Any suggestions for stocking the pantry? I need to develop a list of staples to keep on hand so that I can quickly/easily prepare meals rather than running out to McD's 4 bolocks away (and on the way home from work, no less). I do not hate McD's, but my waistline is relecting the bad habit, and I know that my choices there ar NOT nutritionally balanced.
