Unbelievable, but my new KA purchased in FEB was making weird sounds and smelled like something mechanical/electrical was burning. I was not a happy camper. Darlene gave me the number to KA and I called and they are sending me a new one.

It was absolutely not a problem. Quick as lightening and they were telling me they were sending a new one and repack mine and send it back. UPS will pick it up within a week of the new one being sent.

I'm disappointed in my KA, but the customer service is excellent and I know my KA problems will be solved.

Happy baking again. :)

I'm sorry you had a problem at all but glad their customer service was so easy to deal with.
