This is Going to Sound Crazy...But...

...do you ever get inspired to clean by watching someone else clean? You know...kinda like when you watch a boxing movie and suddenly you want to box, or a dancing movie and suddenly you think you are Ginger Rogers? Or when you watched Chariots of Fire and couldn't wait to go for a run?

Let me explain...

I was watching Wife Swap the other night and this one woman was a cleaning fanatic. Now, I love to watch shows about cleaning and organization, but this was not a show about that. However, since seeing it, I've been on a cleaning rampage. I can't stand any mess because her house was so clean.

I know, I'm a total nutjob, but still, it's worked out well for my house!

How about you? Do you get inspired to clean by watching someone else clean?

I get inspired by just hearing/reading about someone else cleaning. lol

I'm in full de-clutter mode over here. Oh my Amy. I've tossed 6 bags now of clutter and am not even near done. Still many toys and many more articles of clothing to go. That's not even including the garage.

I just started going through drawers and closets and tossing out just about anything and everything. I can't believe how many stupid plastic cups I had and how many plastic containers.

Purge purge purge..buhbye clutter.

Not watch them clean but I do get motivated seeing the results. Dd's apt is immaculate, she hates disorder. Everytime I go there I want to have the same for myself. She comes here she's straightening piles of magazines & such, lol.

I get inspired after watching all the Clean House/Sweep shows and HGTV. Gives me all kinds of ideas and shortcuts.
