Sooo, guess who is the proud new owner of not only an ice cream maker, but also a sno cone maker too?

Someone slap me with a wet ramen noodle for putting my frugality aside for the desire to own these silly things. lol

I feel like a marketer's dream consumer. It was hot, their display and price were appealing and before I knew it, these things were at the checkout.

No regrets! Can't put a price on sharing the experience with your kids. I'll admit as we were making the ice cream, my thoughts drifted to how easy it would have been to grab a carton of ice cream. lol The thing is that it was fun to make.

I tossed 15 bags (Can you believe it??) of clutter and brought in two new appliances. lol

Kudos on the tossing & your new buys too, lol. What kind of ice cream maker is it? I have a Donvier (sp?) that has a liner you freeze then put in the machine & crank.
Here are some sites for you.:) Links within to sorbets & ices & sugar free recipe too. ;)

I bought the Rival electric. Pretty basic. Add ice and rock salt in bucket, ingredients in cylinder, and turn it on. lol

Crank type would have been nice. I would have enjoyed that, but they didn't have that when I was looking.

Thanks for the recipes. :)
