Well, I got the kitchen finished today (started yesterday:rolleyes: this includes cupboards) anyhow.....3 times today I would turn my back for all but a minute and voila! somehow a hat and pair of dh sunglasses found there way there......the kids were gone so that is why I probably didn't end up with wrappers,books,cd's etc on there.

Anyhow, I thought you know, I am going to get a box and whatever I find on there I will put in a box and if that stuff is still in the box after they have all gone to bed at night I will put it in a bag, hide it and they don't get it back for a week......I don't care what it is......second offence will be 2 weeks without and of course the 3rd offence will be a month.

I wonder how bad they will want their cd's, sunglasses,books,clothes:eek: yes even clothes sometimes find their way on my island!

Anyhow, after tonights soccer game I will let them know the new rules in Moms house....heh heh heh ;)

Lol, have fun with that. My sil did that one time. She went so far as to put all offending items in the attic. The kids were just crying the blues over all their stuff that mom threw away. I think she finally caved in and the lesson didn't last too long but it was fun while it lasted.

That is just too funny....LOL!!! Breanne was trying to guess where I would put the bag and she kept guessing and guessing and said "you know mom, I am good at finding things"...........I didn't tell her of course but I was thinking on putting them in the attic!

Our attic has no stair leading to it, I was going to take the ladder :D these rules are going to apply for the bathroom/living room and family room too.

I hope that I can stick with this, better yet I hope they all catch on sooner than later :)
