What kind of window curtain...

do you have in your bathroom? I need a new one. (well new shower curtain too) I can't believe I'm having such a tough time picking something so simple. Hard to believe I made these decisions for a living and was paid for it. :o Always easier when it's not your own.

We don't have a curtain...we have a wooden, bamboo-type shade. Very low-maintenance. :)

I have a white, 2 inch faux wood blind, topped off by a sheer valance with roses embroidered on it (bought at a JC Penney outlet store). I'm thinking seriously about making a wooden cornice board to hang the curtains from under.

Ok, you might think this is weird, but I am using an old card table cloth, it has beautiful embroidery on it.I just folded over like a triangle and hang it over the rod. The window itself has a frosted type shelf paper for privacy, so that is not an issue. And for the shower curtain. I found a plain white curtain on sale really really cheap at Sears. The bathroom is gray tile floor, light teal blue walls and white trim, and white tub, toilet, sink. We are in the middle of a whole house remodel and in trying to do something frugal that is what I came up with.

I just have a lacy valance & mini blinds that we pull up in the day & down at night.

I just have mini blinds in both of my bathrooms. I am just getting to the point where I paint and get new shower curtains, and I will put up window curtains then too.

We have this shipwrecked-desert-island theme going on in our bedroom/master bath. I got some canvas painter's drop cloths, put grommets in them and hung these from bamboo poles in the bedroom and bath as curtains. Looks like we use the sails off of a boat to cover the windows.

I have a mini blind at the window and full curtains I made with tie backs. The shower curtain is just a frosted clear thing, then on a second rod I have matching curtains to the sides with a valance in the middle. They were full (no valance) but it was so dark in the tub I redid them. LOL Also made matching toilet seat and tank cover, tp cover and a scarf for a little bench we have in there. I also crocheted three throw rugs for the floor.

We have frosted windows in our bathrooms, so I don't have curtains. I do have plants sitting on the windowsill, and candles.

I have wooden shutters. They cover approx. 3/4 of the window. At the top I have a valance that I made to match the shower curtain. They are made from white sheets with ribbon trim.

I want Jim to redo our bathroom, I am sick of looking at the wall-paper.
