What appliance/gadget in your kitchen don't you want to be without?

For me it's my KitchenAid mixer, chef's knives and Tupperware sharpener and can opener.

Definately the kitchen aid and my mini food processor. I have a big one but rarely use it(food processor)

KA, knives & magnetic rack they are on & my crock full of cooking utensils.
Not a gadget but I'd be lost without all my spices & seasonings.

I don't know yet, but I think my KA will be one, and my knife sharpener.....that's all for now.
