Oh man, I forgot the best news (for me anyway) this week. I went for a check up to the radiation doctor and got a good report! Everything is going well, although I still have swelling and tenderness in the right breast (from surgery and radiation).
Next month is a check up with the chemo doctor and according to the nurse I talked to in the radiation dept. there is a new protocol out about Tamoxifen. She said hopefully I should be changed over to the new med this go round. That means less hot flashes!!! Yeah! Never thought I would be anxious to see the chemo doc, but I can't wait! :D
Then the beginning of June is my next mammo, wish me luck!
