I have tried Comet spray and easy off bam with no luck. I have tried good old elbow grease. What will get soap scum off shower door glass.
Any help would be great. I am open to both natural and store bought remedies (the cheaper and earth friendlier the better!):D

My vote is for vinegar! Yep straight vinegar in a spray bottle, spray, leave on for a few min. & wipe off. The smell will linger for only a short while.

The best way I have found to clean soap scum off of shower doors is to use the cleaner used to clean smooth top stoves. I have a good friend who has a cleaning business and she told me about it. It works great. ;)

When we cleaned out my FIL's house after his passing, his shower door had terrible soap scum on it. We tried everything, but this was years' worth of film, and it wouldn't budge.
Finally, we used an electric power scrubber that we borrowed from my parents... and later bought one ourselves for our old house. http://www.amazon.com/Black-&-Decker-S300/dp/B00004SBGQ
After using that, we discovered that FIL's shower doors weren't frosted glass after all, but clear! :o

I use SOS or Brillo pads. It's really the only thing that gets mine clean and believe it or not, it doesn't scratch. Test a little piece and if it works, then go for it!

I can't remember where I read this tip, but I've been using it for the last month and it really works - both on doors and on shower walls for soap scum: dryer sheets. They have just the right amount of "scrub" (like an SOS or Brillo pad) and you can use them with any kind of cleaner. They don't scratch. And they're really cheap!

Mr. Clean erasers have worked for me. Not cheap, but effective. Vinegar is the cheapest way, just make sure the room is wel ventilated.

I use Forumula 49 and a scrubber pad when the scum is bad. Vinegar is great for light levels of soap scum.
I also used an SOS pad on a friends bathtub/shower wall that was really really bad and it did work. I worry about the scratching though so wouldn't use this weekly but in a situation where it is very bad only.
