What do you keep in the pantry for the holiday season

I have different kind of sugars etc for decorating cookies, crab and shrimp for appetizers...

5lb bags of chocolate chips :) for my new chocolate fountain, cookies, etc.

extra boxes of crackers for various quick appetizers

extra bricks of cream cheese (3 at the moment) for cheeseballs & dips- I usually only have one or maybe two in the house
