I prefer dressing, cuts down on fat and makes for easy serving. What about you?

Not.
We eat it as dressing not stuffing.

Not. I didn't like the food safety issues with stuffing a bird that way.

Stuffing. It just doesn't come out the same any other way. My mom always liked it better cooked outside the bird, though, so I grew up with it prepared both ways. The safety issue is primarily that it has to be thoroughly cooked. I tend to over cook things anyway, so that's never been a problem to me - but then who deliberately WANTS to overcook things?
I grew up with it being stuffed and additional stuffing as dressing, but I don't stuff my turkey.

I stuff the turkey (that's the best), but I also make a muffin tin full of "stuffin muffins" just like Rachael Ray!
