I think for us it would be our wok. We also use it as a really large frying pan. It was $90 new at Crate and Barrel but it is awesome (it's an annodized aluminum with a teflon coating). We've had it for 3 and half years and it still looks brand new.

I use it probably 3 nights a week and handwash it everytime. I used to put it in the dishwasher, but it's so big that it would get in the way and the other dishes wouldn't come out clean.

It would be a toss up between the microwave & my medium size cooking pots.

Microwave..this is the only appliance in the kitchen that gets used every day.

Wow that is tough...Couldn't live without my knives that hang on a magnetic rack or my crock of cooking utensils that are in a big stainless crock next to the stove. Love my cabinet with a lazy susan that hold all my spices (lots)... tea kettle too...now the toaster oven & micro are jealous.

a knfie that is almost a combination spatula/spreader but has a sharp edge that can cut. I use it for everything!
