Sunday's weather was wonderful here--well, wonderful in comparison to the freakin' freezin' it has been lol! Twas sunny and very close to 40 out there.
We have two dogs, a yellow lab and a german shepherd dog, that live outside. While they get fed well and tousled with a bit all the time, they were ecstatic yesterday in that we spent a good bit o' time outside with them whilst pruning the apple trees.
Our GSD, Kira, is only 7 months old and SO full of all that puppy energy--well, our lab Trudy is full of it as well! (she's about 3 years old) Point being, they enjoyed romping about the property with us, a refreshing change from quick, cold, leashed walks! I'm sure they, as the rest of us, are looking forward to warmer weather.
