We have a Nicer Dicer. We didn't buy it - one of our friends ordered one, and then a few weeks later ordered a second one (reason not to smoke up - you might spend a lot of money when you watch infomercials) and since he didn't need two, gave us one.

I never would have spent $80 on this, but it is awesome at cutting up veggies for soup, cutting potatoes for home fries or french fries or just to boil for mashed potatoes. Probably works well with squash, although we only do that once a year and we haven't had the Nicer Dicer that long.

I also have to admit that I own a Tater Twister for making curly fries...

It's not an appliance, but DH bought us an "OveGlove" at Target a few weeks ago. That thing is awesome-- no more bulky oven mitts or burnt fingers for me!

I'd like to have the Videlia Chop Wizard but DH is convinced it would be a waste of money. (I sometimes watch infomercials when I'm up with the baby!)

I have a pasta cooker, but I got it at Walgreens instead of from the tv.

I have a panini maker but I do use it and it was free.

I also have a cake decorating addiction lol. I have a ton of $$$ in my collection but I use it a few times a year.....
