<!-- / icon and title --> <!-- message --> Not sure if anyone else is like me, but when summer and fall comes to an end, I often think about all the things I wanted to do, but didn't accomplish. (sounds so negative..I am truly not dwelling here...but sometimes want to kick myself)
I was thinking how I didn't plant a garden, so of course didn't can anything. I didn't even go to the farmer's market this year.

Anyway, I'm thinking about making a mini list of things I wanted to do and didn't. I'll stick these ideas in an envelope and attach them to my new calendar for the new year to remind yourself of what I wanted to do, so come next year, I have a game plan.

I'm determined for next year to be better.

I know exactly what you mean. I feel most guilty when I don't do all the crafts I had planned to do with the kids.

I've gotten better recently though...I did 4 or 5 Halloween crafts with the kids, and I'm currently looking for Thanksgiving and Christmas crafts/baking to do with them. Cutout sugar cookies will be big for both because we found an awesome cookie recipe, and they were a huge hit :)

I like your mini list/calendar idea. :)

Yup I feel the same way too. This year I made a list each month of things I wanted to do, up until June. Then it just slipped by and by Oct. I hadn't gotten much done. I'm back to making a list for each month, it works a whole lot better for me.
