I'm making a sirloin roast. It's the last good roast from our butchered beef order. I still have some Arm roasts left and tons of pork. When I looked over my hog order, I got almost all of it cut into pork chops, ham, bacon and sausage. I'm not sure why I did that. I'm on the fence on whether I want to eat the ham from the hog order for Christmas or not. I know this will sound bad, but I am not entirely used to this butchered meat. I'm not a big fan of any meat, but am having a harder time than usual with this meat.
