We had a moth problem and were able to get rid of them for a while. Guess what I saw flying around last night? :weeping:

I just don't know where the source is. :( I've got to go through the pantry. We just cleaned so much and I just can't figure out where they could possibly be munching. My flour is kept in the freezer. It has to be rabbit food or cereal. :(

If they are the type like we have (Johnny Miller moths) you can find them in dresser drawers too. They like to eat clothes.

Two things I hate are moths and bats. In fact I have a fear of moths. Just ask my kids, I see run and I'm ducking. They drive me nuts.
Because it's so warm here now (+4C) I'm expecting to see a few.

I have to put EVERYTHING in my fridge or freezer. The ones I have can chew through plastic...as in not even Tupperware saves my food. They eat clothing too.

They eat crackers, pasta, cookies, sugar, flour, etc.

I bought some glass jars to store my flour, sugar, and brown sugar in the pantry. Take that, you pesky moths :fight:

Good for you. There is nothing quite like glass jars to stop bugs from getting in.

I need to do another thorough cleaning of my pantry. Gabe bought one of those moth traps. It's funny because we've had it for a few days and it trapped one lone moth. How effective. LOL

You probably have more, they are just too smart. We killed one of the Johnny Miller moths just before Christmas. I told dh I can't believe they can survive in this cold weather.

Oh there's definitely more. :( Should I mention the mouse problem, too? ugh
The other night, Gabe had one of those animal shows on tv. It was about this place in Australia that is being overtaken by this one breed of mouse. It was so gross watching them scurry in giant packs like some horror show. Problem is who knows how many are scurrying in my walls here at home. ugh
Last yr we trapped a few and even got a mole. How gross is that?

I keep expecting chipmunk? raccoon? squirrel? What next.

We've never had mice here, however there are plenty of moles. One of the older guys who lives in town has a rip roaring business catching the dang things. They sure make a mess in your yard with holes everywhere.

You just don't want of those little animals in your attic. They will sometimes chew wiring which is defintely not a good thing.

We have moths now too.. seems they get in with our bird seed for our parrot. I've moved everything I can into glass jars. If I had room I'd freeze the bird seed, but for now it will have to live in the garage. Time to buy more traps!
