We have a thrift store in our small town. Actually it isn't a thrift store, it's thrift store items that are sold at the local hardware store. I haven't been in there for quite some time, however decided to go in there today.
For $4.00 I got:
6 Christmas placemats
1 Christmas apron (which I'll take apart and use the material for quilting)
1 pot holder
1 cloth Christmas bag (again will take apart for quilting)
1 Christmas table runner
Dd is always looking for things where she can use the material to make her doll clothes with. She loves the idea of making something with something that is old.
She got:
a set of bedroom curtains (pretty mint colors) for $0. She was thrilled.
Overall it was a good day.
