I'm a foodie. I like eating. I wish I could be one of those people who only eat because they need to fuel their bodies (e.g. Dave). But, I'm not, and I've decided that the only way I'm going to get this weight off is by exercising AND counting calories. Combining exercise w/dieting has always been difficult for me. I've lost decent amounts of weight in the past, so I know I can do it again.
The biggest challenge for me over the next month will be sweets. I'm a baker and do a lot of baking for the holidays. I have 3 birthday parties to go to this month, so there will be cake to resist as well. It's easier for me to control my exercising than for me to control my eating, so for the next month I will be most strict about exercise.
So today was the beginning. I came back with a bang too...today I ate a small breakfast and did WATP Walk Slim 4 miles. Not my favorite of her workouts, but it was decent, and boy did it make me work. I can already feel it in my abs. :heheSMILE:
