What to hang and what to fold

I hang nearly everything here. Gabe and I don't own many tshirts, so don't need to fold many of those. Shorts, socks, underwear, pj's, and outdoor work type clothes are folded. Nearly everything else is hung. (oops forgot sweaters. I fold those)

What's your system on hanging and folding?

Bras, Marks work pants & shirts, long underwear, wool socks & anything I think will shrink gets hung.thought you were talking about drying,lol.

work & dress clothes,coats, Kids do lots of their shirts.

Most everything is fold here because we have such tiny closets there is no room to hang much. Shirts and dd's dresses are hung up.

If you are talking drying clothes, I hang everything out.

If you mean in closets etc... I can hang most everything but fold underthings, socks, night clothes, work sweatshirts and pants.

I fold lots, but hang lots, as well. Any "spaghetti strap" shirts are hung, nice blouses hung, slacks hung...

My jeans, active pants, panties, bras, socks, tshirts are all folded and put in drawers.

I only hang dress clothes or Paul's work shirts. The rest gets folded. We don't have hardly any closet space so much is folded and put in or on top of our dressers.

I hang up all Joes work clothes, collared shirts, dresses, pants that wrinkle, button-up shirts.

Jeans, T-shirts, shorts all get folded and put in drawers or own the shelves in the hall closet or laundry room.

This is embarassing --- we have been living out of laundry baskets since my kids were born 12 years ago.

When I do get things sorted and put away I fold just about everything since we have few closets/hanging space.

I hang up all of mine and DH's "Work clothes" - dresses, skirts, dress pants, button down shirts, etc. T-shirts, jeans, underwear and socks get folded. I have been trying to de-clutter my clothing so that I can hang more stuff (I love hanging things vs. folding them).
