Need odors removed from concrete…any solutions?

I own a small kennel and the smell coming from the outdoor cages is so bad that my neighbor is complaining. I clean them often and I do my best to keep up with the urine or droppings, but it’s just not enough. I need a strong product that works to penetrate the concrete. The products I have just aren’t cutting it anymore. Are there products on the market that help to remove pet related smells from concrete?

Phenolic would do it, but I don't know if you need a license to buy that or not.

I know you can get KennelSol, and one you might find at your local co-op is Bio-kleen.
