Antique stores. I could spend hours and hours drooling over things, especially furniture. I can't wait until a few of the antique places open up again around our area. They usually close for the winter.

Love them but am currently avoiding them. When I go, I know I will spend. Mel has banned me from auctions for a while for the same reason.. :rolleyes:

I too love antiques, most of mine have been given to me or purchased for well under what they are worth. ;)

Our antique stores are open year round and in my home town they actually have an entire street called Antique Row! :D

I don't have any antiques. I have a china hutch that is pretty old but not sure how old. I love antiques and I love to go the antigue stores and "mill" around. Maybe when I get older I will start buying what I like instead of what "will do". :D

We have a neat antique store near us & when I go with my sis we can be heard saying"Isn't that cool?" "Neat, do you remember this?" Love checking them out and holding things in my hands & wondering about the people they belonged to.

Absolutely love antique stores! One of my favourite outings is to get into the car with my mom and drive the countryside searching all the little shops in the small towns around here. We've made some great finds and met some pretty amazing people too!

LOVE antique stores! I love having the time to just wander and ooh and ahh over all the neat pieces. There are some around here, not as many as back home, we lived a few miles from a village that was pretty much all antique stores....on the outside of town there was a HUGE barn filled with antiques, both levels...she had a tea room in part of it...just in case you had to rest your weary feet and take a break! ;) :)

I adore antique shops. There is one in particular that I go to especially when I'm in a terrible mood. Something about the place always lifts my spirits and I leave in a much better mood than when I went in.
