Very interesting. Nothing gets me as destressed as a nice quiet bath!

I hear you on that. Water is also the best moisturizer, etc. I notice that just soaking in the tub and rubbing my skin some is better at dealing with dry skin/wrinkles than expensive creams.

I've also taken to using my moisturizer while in a warm bath, too, as it soaks in better, takes less of the cream and seals water in also.

Herb teas are good for bath time...you can also use warm teas as a face astringent or to dump in your bath as well.
