It consists of a 700-watt motor that powers a drive system with four electronically controlled speeds. To the base/drive system you mount a 6-cup blender, beaters, or a 6-quart bowl with dough hook and bowl scraper. Bosch says this appliance is capable of making 12 pounds of dough at one time. With the many accessories you also can grind meat or mill grain, make ice cream, extrude cookie dough, make pasta, grate cheese, or juice and pulp fruit. The 7400 is sold on the Web and at specialty stores. It costs about $500 in white plastic and $1300 in stainless steel.

Definitely HOT. Anything made by Bosch is HOT and expensive. Well worth it though in my opinion.

That's me. I would love to cook well someday, but with my young kids, etc. I'm just not up to it yet.
