I had a panic attack yesterday when I checked mine. With such a tight budget, mine has been slowly dwindling and I'm not feeling near as secure with it has I did a couple months ago.
Time to start building it up again. At present I might get by with 3 weeks.
Yours?

We've got plenty in some areas and we're lacking in others. I really wish organic canned veggies would go on sale again soon (sales are getting far and few between on those). We do have our garden and have a good amount of dry beans, but hurricane season starts in less than a month and I'd like to have a large amount of canned items on hand in case of extended power outages like last year.

My pantry is like Kim's........lots of some things but no so much of others! I need to take a good inventory and start working on replacing and stocking up on the things we use!!!

I was reading about hurricane season for the Atlantic ocean. Not looking good again this year. Crumb, I hope you guys don't get it like you did last year.

We're low on canned soups, Hamburger Helper (yes, we stockpile this when it goes on sale), and canned veggies. We're pretty good on most everything else. I could probably get by for 4-5 weeks minus eggs and milk.
