One of my favorites~spring greens, sliced apple, dried cranberries, crumbled blue cheese, few croutons and raspberry vinegrette on top.

Thanks for the sites Darlene! I like your favorite too, but would have to change the bleu cheese to cheddar. ;)

This is great. I'm a chef salad maker and tend to make the same types of salads and would like to branch out a bit. I mean if even Mcdonalds has a fruit and walnut salad, I think I can do a bit more than tossing some greens together and calling it a salad. :D I make some yummy chef salads, but how boring having the same old green salad and same old dressings.
