I love encouraging others in their goals/dreams, etc. I find it one of the easiest things to do.

How about you? Is it easy for you or hard?

It's easy for me to encourage others & I love doing so. My problem is when it comes to me, I'm a big ole fraidy cat.

I can vouch for Darlene, she is the GREATEST! :D

Yes I encourage people but not as much as I should or would like to. Words are very hard for me to come by. :(

With 2 young daughters with special problems (older has vision trouble and wears glasses is a bit behind on reading, younger has delayed speach and problems speaking understandably), I'm getting a lot better at it. I need to work on encouraging my hubby more as he needs it also and I forget him in the rush of the day and its problems.

I do some encouraging with penpals, Bible students, etc. as well. There is always room for improvement though.

I love to be an encourager! I love sending cards when someone crosses my mind, or buying small gifts or making things for someone. I love making things for my DDs and trying to encourage them as they go.

Cheryl you reminded me of somthing. This is so important to do for our immediate family, be it our dh's or our kids. They need encouragement too to grow into fine young adults and for our dh's to know that they are the love of our lives.

My dh loves it when I tell him what an awesome job he is doing. It makes him feel good.

Lets not forget them too.

It does seem to be easier to encourage others outside our home rather than our family. It definately takes work. (She says as her 3 year old is having a tantrum, kicking and screaming on the floor)
