Was it easier to chase kids after 40 or when you were younger.

For me the chasing part was easier when I was younger. However, I think I was a lot more emotionally ready for kids in my older years and I think I was more nurturing, loving, etc.

Well, since my first was born when I was 40 - I have no comparison! LOL!

I am 43 and I have an 18 year old and an 11 year old.....so no little ones that I am chasing after but I think I am a different parent at 43 with my 11 year old than I was when I was 36 with an 11 year old........I know I am much more confindent and more patient and not so uptight with everything ds does...... I was much more frantic and uptight when dd was 11 and I was younger........does that make sense?
