I get those $3 bags of sausage patties at Wal Mart, microwave 2 of them and put them on 3 pieces of wheat bread with a bit of mustard. It's my latest quick snack.

I've been making sharp cheddar cheese on triscuits lately. I microwave them.

We just tried the organic vanilla wafers made by Country Choice - yum!
