I must admit my reading has been lacking!

The book that has consumed most of my time this month is one called Earth Child from which I have branched off to design ds's science curriculum for next school year.

The other book I've really enjoyed this month is Organic Beauty: Look And Feel Gorgeous The Natural Way by Josephine Fairley. It is full of fabulous recipes for those who love to make their own skin treatments, etc.

I just finished reading the Secret Life of Bees and just came from the library. I got four books to take to Reno with us......
The Weight of Water by Anita Shreve
Can you Keep a Secret? by Sophie Kinsella
The Heart is a Lonely Hunter by Carson McCullers
Hidden Places by Lynn Austin

A varity of books to keep me occupied while I'm there - I'm sure the casino will get boring after awhile.

has anyone read these books?

Just finished reading The Hot Flash Club Strikes Againby Nancy Thayer. I really enjoyed it. Made me laugh, sigh and everything in between. I'm going to look for her first Hot Flash book & others she's written the next time I'm at the library.:)
Now reading Double Shock by Dianne Mott Davidson. I really enjoy her culinary mysteries.)

I haven't been reading much at all lately unless you count pattern books and my SewNews magazine. :D

I'm reading the House of Winslow series by Gilbert Morris. I'm on book 33 and its on the great depression as was the one before it.

I just went yesterday to the library and got another bunch of books. They are all downstairs and everyone is still sleeping. I'll post them later.

April was a disappointing month for me with regards to reading. I read "Digital Fortress" by Dan Brown. I loved his other two books, "The DaVinci Code" and "Angels and Demons" and thought this one would be wonderful. Yeah, well, not so much with the wonderful. It was definitely not his strongest work.

Well lets see - I read the last 2 books from Diane Mott Davidson, one was Double Shot . Her books are about a caterer who always ends up investigating murders. Really easy reads. I just finished Light On Snow by Anita Shreve and Little Bitty Lies by Mary Kay Andrews. I just discovered her and love her books. Southern writer. I am getting ready to start Bryson City Tales and am waiting for a ton of holds to come in at the library!

I love her books. I was kind of surprised the Jerk got it - who will be the antagonist now? I also must have missed something with Tom and his depression. Anyway, I still wonder how she keeps getting catering assignments when people keep turning up dead! LOL!

Do you read Janet Evanovich?

I'm reading The Five Love Languages of Children by Gary Chapman and Ross Campbell. I'm also trying to read the May book for the FV book club but it's very slow going.
