Parenting Books

What do you all think about parenting books? Did/Do you use them? What is your favorite?

I have several and was always reading them when ds was first born but I put the books away and just take it day by day. If there is something particular I am curious about I will get them out.

A friend of mine bought me "Touchpoints" and I liked it pretty good.
