What's the sweetest/most romantic thing your man ever did for you?

It happened years ago. We were dirt poor and already had 3 small kids. I was overwhelmed and overworked. He knew I loved roses and yet there was no way in the budget he could bring me roses.

He seen some roses growing on a fence. He stopped and asked the owner of the home if he could pick a few roses. She asked him why and when he told her, she told him to pick as many as he wished.

The reason this was and always has remained so special to me because at that time my dh was so shy and seldom talked to anyone, never mind strangers.

He became my hero that day!!

For my birthday one year, my dh took charge and put the kids to bed (only had 3 at the time), drew me a wonderful hot bubble bath, lit candles in the new glass tulip candle holders he had given me and the floating candles, got me a glass of wine and told me to relax and enjoy myself! After about a half an hour, he joined me :). When friends asked me what I got for my birthday, I told them "seduced!!" LOL
