Easy Apricot Chicken

Someone sent me this...we tried it the other day...It was very yummy, only change i will make next time i make it is, i will use only half of the onion soup mix....it was a bit too oniony for us, but was very very good...

Apricot Chicken

whole chicken cut up in pieces washed and placed in 9x13 pan

1 c. apricot jam/preserves
1 c. spicy French Dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
Mix ing. together pour over chicken

cover with foil bake 1 hour 350*
uncover bake 30 min.

serve over rice

My sis does this with Russian dressing (slightly spicier than french). I love it!
