Can I fire my Broker?

I have had my house on the market for 5 months and she has not shown it once. :mad: Our nieghbor did make an offer the first week we listed it but declined the counter offer. My broker called me for the first month to tell me negative things that the nieghbor was saying about the property. Stuff like...the fence is not on the line, they need a new survey, how are thier finances...etc, etc. I told her not to bother me with this any more and to direct any further questions they may have to me directly. I have not heard from her since. I did find out that she is very good friends with them. I think she is intentionally not showing my house. She has only advertised it in 1 reality book and did not even put it in the new one. :confused:

What should I do? Can I fire her? If so, how?

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated. :)

You can fire them, but it is harder if you have a contract. Out here brokers require you to leave your house with them for 3 months. Find out what yours is (If you have a time frame), then get another one.
