My favorite dessert recipe

This one is great - AND you make it in the crock pot:

Triple Chocolate Mess

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 lg. box chocolate pudding
8 ozs. sour cream
6 ozs. chocolate chips
4 eggs
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of water

Mix cake and pudding mixes together. In separate bowl, beat eggs, add water, oil and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Add wet to dry and mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour all into greased crock. Cook on low 6-8 hours. PLace a paper towel between the crock and the glass lid. This will help absorb excess moisture.

Spoon into bowls and serve with ice cream or whipped cream YUM!
