I'm just wondering what everyone stocks their pantry with.
I have:
Cereal (whatever's on sale)
Rice (plain)
Bisquick
Rice packets (flavored)
Canned soups (mostly cream-of's that get used in casseroles)
Canned tomato products (pasta, crushed tomatoes, etc)
Canned beans (black, kidney, chickpeas)
Canned vegetables
Tunafish
Hamburger Helper
Pasta
I'm really trying to work on keep a better grip on:
flour
sugar
oil
buillon cubes
Sometimes I actually run out of these. I am trying to retrain my brain to think of them as part of my perpetual pantry.

baking powder and soda
salt
baking chips- ss chocolate, white, peanut butter
cocoa, baking and drinking
molasses
corn syrup
cream of tartar
chicken and vegetable bouillion cubes
oils- olive, canola, occasionally something else
cooking spray
large assortment of herbs and spices, dried
large assortment of coffees and teas
shredded coconut
assorted nuts (some out and some in freezer)
regular rolled oats
raisins
marshmallows
dried fruits (craisins, apricots, pineapple)
assorted dry cereals, hot and cold
assorted dry pastas
assorted crackers
pancake mix- wholewheat and regular buttermilk (for DH)
variety of hot sauces, soy sauces, vinegars, etc
dried bread crumb mix (just a ziploc bag which I throw stale bread/crackers/chips into)
whole wheat bread, unless I am making my own
dried and canned beans
huge assorment of tomato products
rice- brown, white, arborio, and occasionally a mix
TVP
quinoa
cous cous
peanut butter
cake mixes (for spur-of-the-moment desserts)
jam/jelly
dds treats
"emergency" foods for when time is short- pizza crust mix, one or two packaged mixes
canned tuna
bonless/skinless salmon
canned chicken (rarely used, but an "emergency" food)
pickles
canned mushrooms
3 or 4 cans soups- usually just tomato, as I prefer my own soups
salsa
yeast
I just know I am fogetting tons of stuff- I am working from memory, and there is a lot of stuff I don't like to run out of, so I am sure I am not remembering them all.

I don't keep a huge grocery supply stored up. I do tend to keep a lot of the kid foods like mac and cheese for the girls stored up. Things I tend to buy a lot of at once (stock up) are things like toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste. Our food, I buy more as I need it. But I'm right across the street from our grocery store and 2 dollar stores though.

I have just started to do the pantry thing or stockpiling. We have very little income so it's a slow start. But so far I have quite a bit but as it is our Winter now I am trying not to spend on groceries as Electricity is sooo expensive and is Coal and Wood. So I am living of the cupboards and the Freezer stockpile.
I shall be better prepared from now on thanks to the things I have learnt on this site.
Thank you so very much.

Mostly canned goods. I had a bunch of chocolate chips I bought on sale after Christmas and stupidly didn't store them in the freezer -- the mice figured out how to get into that cupboard..... but my kitten is becoming an accomplished mouser. TAKE THAT!
