We want to remodel our home. We plan on adding another bedroom, and expanding the kitchen. We have NEVER done anything like this before, so I need all the advice I can get! lol My major concern is the loan process. What type of loan do we apply for?? What should we expect?? What should we do in order to prepare for this??? TIA!
