What does the front area by your front door look like?

Mine is actually kind of scary.......if the porch light wasn't on at night and I didn't live here I wouldn't go to the front door :rolleyes:

It needs a lot of work........small area but it has potential!!!:D I am also wanting a new front door but that is another issue!!!!

Do you have lots of plants and things around your front door/entry area? I have lots of "cutsie" things I have gotten from catalogs but haven't put them out..........just looking for some new ideas!:)

Well, we have a small strip between the front walk and the side of the garage that leads to our front door. I have petunias and celosia planted there. There are hedges along the other side, which I hate but haven't take out yet.

I have 2 large post with begonias on my front porch and two small pots with petunias. I have a flamingo welcome mat and a flamingo thingy that sticks in the ground (small, not the yard ones). Our front area looks pretty good - our back deck looks like an abandoned house!
