And it makes a really big difference! I think we're the only ones in our complex with a windchime. For some reason it makes the days seem more summery and the apartment more like a home - hearing a windchime over kids splasing in the pool.
We have a small deck (probably 4' x 8') so I try and add what few touches I can. Mostly its plants. Next I'm hoping for a birdfeeder - I have one, but since I live on the top floor I can't just hang it from the roof.
